End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Zara AI Assist ("Licensor").

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Use the Application to generate valid spam or other unsolicited communications.

3. Content Generation & Responsibility

You acknowledge that the Application uses Generative AI. You are solely responsible for the content you generate using the Application. You agree not to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
