• Usage Data: We collect IP addresses, browser types, and interaction metrics via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to improve app performance.
• Device Storage: We use your browser's IndexedDB to cache conversation history and application state locally on your device for offline access. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you are connected to the internet.

• To provide AI assistant services and maintain your conversation context.
• To improve our AI models and application performance.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
• To manually review flagged content for safety and legal compliance.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

Crucial Disclosure: To generate intelligent responses, your text prompts and uploaded files are securely transmitted to third-party AI providers, including but not limited to:

• Google Gemini (Google Cloud): For primary reasoning and multi-modal analysis.
• Groq Inc.: For high-speed inference.
• OpenRouter: As a fallback service provider.
• Deepseek: For high-efficiency language model inference.
• Together AI: For open-source model inference and load balancing.

These providers strictly process data for inference and do not use your personal chat data to train their fundamental models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your chat history (available in settings).
• Delete History: You can clear your chat history at any time via the "Clear History" button.
• Delete Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data via the Settings menu or by contacting support.

5. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
