By using Zara AI Assist ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the Service.

1. AI Disclaimer (Important)

Zara AI Assist uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI can make mistakes.

• Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• You should not rely on the Service for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
• We are not liable for any actions you take based on AI-generated information.

2. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or model weights.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding the generation of prohibited content.

4. Reporting Offensive Content

If you encounter AI-generated content that is illegal, offensive, or violates these Terms, you must report it immediately using the in-app "Report Issue" flag feature. We review flagged content to improve our safety filters.

5. Liability Limitation

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
